Following My Daughters Footsteps in My Entrepreneurship Journey.

  • In 2015, my daughter Nethra Raja Manickam relocated to Bahrain, she used to ask “Where is our Car“? That’s when I got the drive to start learning the Car driving license process & finally, we got a car from the employer!
  • In 2018, I used to question my daughter “ you should be a Master in Cloud Computing !”, her instant reply will be “what about ur research in Cloud Computing “? That’s when I got enrolled for my Ph.D. in Machine learning & Cloud Computing!
  • In 2019, I enquired about my daughter you should be a Good Public speaker, As usual, my daughter asked “What about your speaking skills “? That’s when I got into the Toastmasters platform to get Public speaking skills!
  • In 2020, I used to tell my daughter to get more awards from Public competitions. That time my daughter asked, “What about your awards “?That’s when I got into Toastmasters awards & achieved

In short, in an attempt to motivate her to be a better individual in the Society, what I learned is, as an individual first I have to go through the process which will kindle passion in my daughter to do better after all a father is a girl first superhero!

At some stage, I can very well carry and share the same experience to the society for the community welfare as well.

At the strike of the milestone year 2020, the dream year as envisaged by Dr.APJ Abdulkalam, I wanted my daughters to be that Indian girl, who is an outstanding individual in her domain who leaves her legacy in the pages of history.

In the pursuit of taking her to excellence, I understood this journey has to be over associations and I cannot make this journey alone.

Fortunately, I got myself associated with team Indian Academy & Mind Academy where their vision is to empower the next generation and move them in the right direction.

“Having two daughters changed my perspective on a lot of things, and I definitely have a newfound respect for women. And I think I finally became a good and real man when I had a daughter.”-
